1. Purpose of Data Processing

We process Minecraft usernames and their associated IP addresses to operate our DDoS-protection platform, protect servers from attacks, and implement bans upon request from server owners.

2. Data Processed

• Minecraft username
• IP address
• Timestamp of the request / ban action
• Server ID (for API assignment)
• Consent status for the Privacy Policy

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) and, where players have given consent, additionally on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

4. Retention Period & Deletion

Normal entries: stored for a maximum of 30 days, then automatically deleted.
Banned IPs / usernames: stored until the ban is lifted, then deleted without delay.

5. Data Disclosure

Server owners do not receive IP addresses. Data is only disclosed to third parties when required by law.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR).
